You're not just another customer to us

Having come into a time where it is just my husband Josh and I doing the gutter installs ourselves I have realized how much I enjoy getting to know our customers. I not only do the installs with Josh but I also do all the administrative work involved with running our day to day business activities. 

The one part of my job I do have to say I enjoy the most is talking to our customers sometimes to the point where Josh tells me it's time to get to work! It may be when they first call in for a gutter estimate or when I come into contact with them on a job site. I absolutely enjoy hearing their stories about their family, their life, their current situations, or even just chatting with them about the weather. Making genuine connections with people no matter how brief or to whatever extent can be such a joy. It feels like much more than just a job to me and I have oftentimes carried away something no matter how minuet from each conversation or visit. 

We'd like our customers to be aware that when you call us whether we end up becoming the gutter company you choose or not, we see more in you than just a means of making ends meet. We see you as an individual pressing on just like us on this journey we call life.
